To access our services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. For lab access, you must complete required orientation modules and acknowledge ethical use guidelines. Certain advanced courses may require prerequisite knowledge or certifications.
1.4 Fairge Guidelines
To ensure optimal service for all users:

2. Account Management
2.1 Account Creation
When creating an account, you must:

- • Failure to pay required fees or maintain payment obligations
- • Repeated violations of community guidelines or disruptive behavior
Account termination may result in loss of access to course materials and lab environments. Refunds for terminated accounts are provided at our discretion based on the nature of the violation.
3. Service Availability and Modifications
3.1 Service Uptime and Maintenance
We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our core training platforms. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice to address security vulnerabilities or critical issues. Lab environments may experience periodic resets or updates to reflect current security technologies.
3.2 Feature Availability
Course content, lab scenarios, and training tools are subject to updates and improvements. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. When significant changes affect enrolled students, we will provide reasonable notice and transition support.
3.3 Geographic Restrictions
Our services are primarily designed for students in, but international access is available where legally permitted. Certain course materials or lab environments may be restricted based on export control regulations or licensing agreements. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations.
3.4 Service Modifications
SecureNet reserves the right to modify course offerings, pricing structures, and service features to maintain relevance with current cybersecurity landscapes and industry demands. Material changes to enrolled courses will be communicated with adequate notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

- • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution from materials

4.3 Student Work and Submissions
You retain ownership of work you create as part of course assignments. By submitting work for evaluation, you grant SecureNet a non-exclusive license to review, assess, and use anonymized examples for educational purposes. We will not publicly share your work without permission.
4.4 Trademark Notice
SecureNet and our logo are trademarks of SecureNet Training Center. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. References to third-party certification bodies, vendors, or technologies are for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
Course fees are due at the time of enrollment unless payment plan arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are inese Yen (¥) unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are available within 7 days of course start date if you have not accessed more than 10% of course materials. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion based on individual circumstances. Administrative fees may apply to refund processing.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee that course completion will result in certification success or employment outcomes. You acknowledge that cybersecurity is a rapidly evolving field and that continuous learning beyond our courses is necessary.
SecureNet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
