2. User Responsibilities and Indemnification
2.1 Ethical Use Commitment
As a student of cybersecurity training, you acknowledge the powerful nature of the knowledge and skills you acquire. You commit to using this knowledge responsibly and ethically, understanding that misuse can cause significant harm to individuals, organizations, and society. You agree to practice responsible disclosure when discovering security vulnerabilities and to obtain proper authorization before conducting security assessments.

You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the security of your account credentials and personal devices
- • Ensuring that any personal data you collect during exercises is handled in compliance with data protection laws

- • Reporting any suspected data breaches or security incidents immediately

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
3.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
SecureNet provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:
- • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- • Any guarantee that course completion will result in certification passage, employment, or specific career outcomes
- • Warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services
- • Any guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of course content in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity field
3.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecureNet Training Center shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- • Damages arising from your misuse of course materials or techniques
- • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim
This limitation applies even if SecureNet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
3.3 Consequential Damages Exclusion
Under no circumstances shall SecureNet be held liable for any consequences resulting from your application of cybersecurity techniques learned through our courses. You acknowledge that security testing, penetration testing, and related activities carry inherent risks and must only be performed with proper authorization.

4. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

4.2 Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureNet Training Center regarding the use of our services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
5. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
SecureNet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

- • Notify enrolled students via email to the address associated with their account
- • Display a prominent notice on our website for at least 30 days
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must discontinue use of our services and may request a pro-rated refund for any prepaid course fees, subject to our refund policy.
